Roo Vegas Referral Programme (Powered by Pedia Global) – Terms & Conditions

1. Programme Overview

The Roo Vegas Referral Programme (the "Programme") is operated by Pedia Global Limited, Sausmarez Street, St Peter Port, GY1 4LQ, Guernsey ("Pedia"), an independent affiliate marketing partner of Zoom Net Services Ltd ("Zoom Net"), the operator of RooVegas.com.

Pedia operates an affiliate and sub-affiliate network that enables participants to promote Roo Vegas and earn rewards based on user activity generated through their referrals.

2. Independent Affiliate Programme

This Programme is operated solely by Pedia.

  • Pedia acts as an independent affiliate, not as part of Roo Vegas operations
  • Participation in this Programme is separate from your use of Roo Vegas as a player
  • By participating, you are acting in a promotional / affiliate capacity, not solely as a consumer

3. Participation

To participate, you must:

  • Accept these Programme terms
  • Receive a unique referral link or code from Pedia

Participation is optional and is not required to access or use Roo Vegas.

4. How the Programme Works

Participants may share their referral link with friends, contacts, or audiences.

When a referred individual registers and interacts with Roo Vegas, Pedia may track that activity for the purpose of calculating rewards.

5. Rewards & Commission-Based Incentives

Rewards under this Programme:

  • Are determined and provided solely by Pedia
  • May be based on activity generated by referred users, including:
    • Account registration
    • Gameplay activity
    • Purchases made on Roo Vegas

These rewards:

  • Represent affiliate marketing incentives or commission-based rewards
  • Are not offered directly by Zoom Net to Roo Vegas players
  • Are funded by Pedia, which may use commission received from Zoom Net

Pedia may, at its discretion, purchase Roo Vegas coin packs and distribute them as rewards.

6. Nature of Rewards

Rewards may include virtual items such as:

  • Roo Coins
  • Spin Coins
  • Spin Cash (where applicable)
  • Other promotional benefits

All rewards:

  • Are promotional in nature
  • Are not withdrawable or exchangeable for cash
  • Remain subject to Roo Vegas platform rules and terms

7. No Requirement to Play or Purchase

Participation in the Programme:

  • Does not require you to make any purchase on Roo Vegas
  • Does not alter your rights or status as a Roo Vegas player

8. Programme Control

Pedia reserves the right to:

  • Modify reward structures or eligibility criteria
  • Suspend or terminate participation
  • Withhold rewards in cases of suspected abuse

Zoom Net is not responsible for the administration of this Programme.

9. Fraud & Misuse

Any attempt to:

  • Mislead users
  • Create fake accounts
  • Manipulate referral tracking

may result in disqualification and forfeiture of rewards.

10. Relationship with Roo Vegas

Roo Vegas is operated by Zoom Net Services Ltd.

This Programme:

  • Is separate from Roo Vegas gameplay and promotions
  • Does not form part of Roo Vegas' core offering

Pedia Global Ltd – Sub-Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions

These Sub-Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your participation in the Pedia Global Ltd affiliate programme (the "Programme").

By enrolling in or participating in the Programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Parties

These Terms are between:

  • Pedia Global Ltd ("Pedia", "we", "us"), an affiliate marketing network operator; and
  • You, the participant ("Sub-Affiliate", "you").

2. Programme Overview

The Programme enables Sub-Affiliates to promote third-party platforms, including RooVegas.com, operated by Zoom Net Services Ltd.

As a Sub-Affiliate, you may:

  • Share referral links or codes
  • Promote Roo Vegas to your network, audience, or contacts
  • Earn rewards based on activity generated through your referrals

3. Independent Capacity

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are participating in the Programme in a promotional / marketing capacity
  • You are not acting solely as a consumer or player
  • Your participation is separate from any use of Roo Vegas as a player

Nothing in these Terms creates:

  • Employment
  • Agency
  • Partnership

between you and Pedia or any third party.

4. Referral Tracking

Pedia will provide you with:

  • A unique referral link, code, or tracking mechanism

Pedia will track activity generated by referred users, which may include:

  • Account registrations
  • Gameplay activity
  • Purchases or transactions

Tracking methods are determined solely by Pedia and may be updated from time to time.

5. Rewards & Commission

5.1 Commission-Based Incentives

You may be eligible to receive rewards based on activity generated by users you refer.

Such activity may include:

  • Registrations
  • Engagement
  • Purchases made by referred users

Rewards represent marketing incentives or commission-based compensation for your promotional activity.

5.2 Form of Rewards

Rewards may be provided in the form of:

  • Roo Vegas coin packs (including Roo Coins, Spin Coins, Spin Cash where applicable)
  • Promotional credits
  • Other non-cash incentives

Rewards:

  • Are not salary, wages, or employment compensation
  • Are not redeemable for cash
  • May be subject to minimum thresholds or eligibility conditions

5.3 Discretion

All rewards:

  • Are determined at Pedia's sole discretion
  • May be adjusted, withheld, or reversed in cases of:
    • Fraud
    • Abuse
    • Tracking errors
    • Non-compliance

6. No Purchase Requirement

You are not required to make any purchase on Roo Vegas to participate in the Programme.

Your participation as a Sub-Affiliate is independent of any activity you may undertake as a player.

7. Marketing & Conduct Requirements

You agree that you will:

7.1 General Conduct

  • Act honestly and in good faith
  • Not engage in misleading, deceptive, or aggressive marketing

7.2 Prohibited Activities

You must not:

  • Create fake accounts or self-refer
  • Misrepresent Roo Vegas or Pedia
  • Suggest guaranteed winnings or financial returns
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications in breach of applicable laws
  • Use brand names, trademarks, or domains without permission
  • Target restricted or prohibited jurisdictions

7.3 Compliance with Laws

You are responsible for ensuring your promotional activity complies with all applicable laws, including:

  • Consumer protection laws
  • Advertising standards
  • Anti-spam regulations

8. Relationship with Roo Vegas

You acknowledge that:

  • Roo Vegas is operated by Zoom Net Services Ltd
  • Pedia is an independent affiliate partner

Pedia:

  • Does not operate Roo Vegas
  • Does not control gameplay or promotions
  • Does not handle withdrawals or player funds

All player-related matters are governed by Roo Vegas Terms of Service.

9. Intellectual Property

You may only use marketing materials:

  • Provided or approved by Pedia
  • In accordance with brand guidelines

All intellectual property remains the property of its respective owners.

10. Suspension & Termination

Pedia may:

  • Suspend or terminate your participation at any time
  • Withhold or cancel rewards

where you:

  • Breach these Terms
  • Engage in fraudulent or abusive activity
  • Create legal or regulatory risk

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Pedia shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Loss of profits or opportunity
  • Tracking inaccuracies or technical errors

12. Amendments

Pedia may update these Terms at any time.

Continued participation in the Programme constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Guernsey.
